Author: Guest I have yet to run a marathon and this book (which you can read in one sitting) is very inspirational and I am going to try it!
Author: Guest This book is the perfect guide to running your first marathon. It includes a step by step training plan and explains the various workouts. It also offers advice on clothing and food. It gives you the self confidence to start training by informing you of the fact that Oprah Winfrey ran a marathon in four hours!

Author: Guest I am an avid runner who has completed a few marathons and half-marathons, but am not pleased with my long times. This book is very clear and to the point. Some of the information is a no-brainer for those who have run a lot, but I found it to be a good refresher on the basics. The most valuable part for me are the training schedules. The book covers training plans for 4 hour up to 5 hour marathons. I am looking forward to putting this book to the test!
