This is a very useful book which reveals what sort of food one should take according to their body type. This book makes you plan your eating habit what kind of vegetables and fruits one should eat . The book also tells after 6 Days what you should take and which vegetables and fruits to take with some exercise. This is a wonderful book I recommend this book to everyone.
I also liked Positive Habits"...it is sold out at Amazon but I found it for a discount at the Barnes & Noble website, or you can get it at "The Power of Positive Habits" website. ..the web address is the same as the book title and they are giving away over $1,000 in free e-books today"

Author: Guest This book is VERY helpful. It helps identify your body type and the right foods for your body type. Not everybody can eat a banana:) I have lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks!

Author: Guest The book gave alot of usefull imformation, so far I've lost 25 lbs ,recommend to any one with extra weight to loose fast without being hungry. But you must like greens

Author: Guest I followed the diet for the six days, and am pleased to say it works. I actually got back into my jeans, which I couldn't get into for a long while.
I have to be honest and say that I opted out for just plain chicken and fish, with the exception of the turkey sausage, which was quite tasty.
I would recommend trying the recipes when you switch to the maintenance, or slower loss diet.
All in all it was quick and easy, and will do it again, if I have to.
