Author: Guest While the 80's outfits may be distracting, the video packs a solid punch in 8 minutes. Its a great way to get in a solid Abs or Arms workout without having to go to the gym. There are no other videos out there that are short and quick like this one without wasting a lot of time on warm ups and stretching.

Author: Guest A good workout for any age. Able to work in a busy schedule.

Author: Guest I find it very easy to get my workouts in with these DVDs. The instructor is very motivational, and really talks you through it. Yes, it's a little dated and their outfits are out of style, but it gives me a reason to smile and chuckle while I am working out.

Author: Guest Just by the clothes you can tell that this workout is very dated, 1994 I think, but that takes nothing away from the workout. The workouts really give your upper and lower body a really good workout. The buns section is a real killer. Talk about feeling the burn, with the buns workout you really do. The abs and arms sections are also very challenging and with other abs and upper body workout videos (Denise Austin) my arms, shoulders, and abs get a really good workout. I usually work on my abs, arms, and shoulders one day and then work on my abs, buns, and legs on another day. I only gave it four stars because the legs workout is not all that challenging. If you want to get the benefits of the legs workout you will probably need to add some ankle weights to the workout, which I plan on doing. The instructor is very encouraging and he will try to convince you that you are having fun when you are doing the workouts, yeah right. I wanted to knock him upside his head for saying that during the buns workout. The first time I did the buns workout and he said that I yelled at the tv that he was NUTS!!. The only thing in the DVDs that annoyed me and probably contributed to the four stars rating is the guy in the background without a shirt on. Could he be any more in love with himself, especially during the arms workout. Also the instructor does not cue you to the side that mirrors him on the tv, but because I am use to that from other workout tapes and DVDs I just automatically do it out of habit.
