The Illistrations in this book are great, another fine book from Francis Ching. This book was suggested to me by one of my college teachers. It made visualizing and understanding some construction techniques I was not proficiant with easier to comprehend. I think it is a great book to have on hand weather in the construction field or new to it.

This book is a good alternative to the Graphics book that can be 3+ times as much. Informative to the point where you can figure out the concept and detail it yourself. The subjects cover a large spectrum of the building process and allow for great references.

This is my third Ching book. They are great books! Easy to read and understand. The pictures are simple and illustrate just what he is trying to say in the text. These books have been required texts for Interior Design courses I've been taking but I will use them for reference long after school is over. I especially like the clean, basic look inside his books.
