Zookinesis is an ancient Chinese system of mild exercise designed to bring youthful vitality back to the body. This program works on all parts of the body, restoring muscle tone and strength, joint strength and flexibility as well as improved breathing and concentration. Zookinesis is related to Tai-chi, Chi-Gung and Chinese Yoga. You can do the entire session or just fifteen minutes at a time. This is the first in a series of Zookinesis Chair Exercises for Seniors.
