Author: Guest My seventeen month old son and I have shared many precious moments while reading this book over and over. He grins and giggles while I kiss him as the baby in the book is being kissed. He is also starting to learn the parts of the body as I say "Oh, we have to kiss your toes...your feet...your knees...etc." We also enjoy the simple but colorful illustrations that show many favorite toddler objects such as kitties, puppies, and sleeping babies (Shhhhhh!).
Author: Guest This has been my little girl's favorite book from 3months to 1year. She can not get enough of it. This book teaches her body parts and I get to kiss her alot (which I love).
Author: Guest I just bought this book for my 14 month old. I read to her every night before she goes to bed, and I thought this would be a cute way to end the night. But, you start by kissing her toes and feet, then knees and belly, and since I hold her on my lap, rolling her around for all the kisses gets her worked up. She thinks we're wrestling. I think it's cuter for a smaller baby, who you might put in a bouncy seat or something. We read it to her during the day, when we can roughhouse more. It just isn't one of her favorites.
Author: Guest I recently got this book for my going-on-to-toddlerhood daughter; after two readings she immediately sticks her foot out as soon as I read the title (the 2nd page saying, "Ten little kisses on teeny tiny toes..."). When I'm not reading it to her, she'll flip through and admire the colorful, striking illustrations, pointing out the "Dog" and the "Cat" whenever they show up.
This wonderful "kiss and read"'s already a favorite at our house, and I'll place bets that'll stay so for a long, long time.
Author: Guest My youngest liked this book. I had great time as well. It's so much fun and wonderful way to interact with the baby. The brightly colored pictures keep her attention. A perfect gift book! Another book that I think is definitely worth the money is I Have a Problem by Carolyn Apel. My 5 year old daughter loves this book. She requests it almost every night.
