Author: Guest I started off with Gay Gasper's 15-minute Workouts for Dummies video, which I absolutely love and have loved for over 3 years, so I decided to try this video with the same instructor. Her videos are the only ones that I've ever been consistent with because she is so much fun, so upbeat without being fake, and really knows what she's talking about(as opposed to some random celebrity using their fame to sell a workout video when they don't really know much about aerobics). She gives great tips along the way about your technique, so you can be sure you're doing it right, and the music is upbeat and keeps you going too. Her timing is great and she's easy to follow. This video is very fun and I've already been doing it about 3 to 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks because I have so much fun with it. I can't wait to find more of her videos, I have been so impressed with the ones I have now.
Author: Guest I bought this DVD about 2 months ago and have been doing it ever since. For the people that have said that it's too fast or hard to follow, you just need to give it a few times to learn the moves. I started out by just doing the first part where she teaches you all the moves. After doing that for about a week, I felt like I knew the moves well enough to try the rest of the DVD. It does get a little tricky at times until you learn the routine, but that is true with any new workout you try. Once you get the hang of it, you get a great workout and it's fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a beginner. Even if you have to watch it a few times to learn it, it's worth it, trust me!
Author: Guest I do not exercise. Well, I didn't...until I tried this DVD. I bought it on a whim and it sat around for a few weeks until I got the motivation to get moving. I do the workout every day right after work and it it great. I break a sweat, feel good afterwards, and actually look forward to my next workout. The steps are not complicated and the slow building from on step to the next makes it easy to follow along.
Author: Guest A friend gave me this DVD after she tried it and found it way too hard for her beginner level. I did not have high hopes for a good workout since this was for "dummies," but was pleased to find a good workout with an enjoyable instructor and format. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good aerobics workout, but it moves pretty quickly for beginners. The tips throughout were a nice touch.
