Author: Guest This is a nice enough board book, but be advised that it is NOT the full version of Dr. Seuss' book! They've left out several (charming!) pages of text and illustrations for the Board Book... What a disappointment to loyal fans, and how unfair to the newest generation of fans-to-be.

Author: Guest My son is 22 months old. We found this book at the library. He loved it so much I had to take it out a second time. He has me read it at least twice a day. Of course I had to buy him his own copy. He likes all the monkeys and the silly phrases.

Author: Guest I love this book because I'm not afraid that my toddlers are going to rip it up. I have the larger page book as well. I didn't find that it was a ton of pages missings. Both these books have a great beat to them. Toddlers love the story. It just a fun read.

Author: Guest My 18-month boy has had this book read to him for several months now, and he just loves it. He has a tupperware container as his drum and he does "dum-ditty-dum-ditty-dum" with the monkeys. He can also join in the fun with "hello Jack, hello Jake, shake hands, shake hands, shake, shake, shake" and other parts of the book. Great fun for the child as well as the adult!

Author: Guest I am 30 years old, my father read me and my siblings this book as we were growing up...I bought a 'board book' copy for my son but was disappointed that some pages were missing - this version of the book has all the pages as the one I grew up with. My 28-month old LOVES to read this story and can say the words along with us now...a great book for your own children or to give as a gift!
