Author: Guest I understand that the rigors of academia require exhaustive research and documentation, however, that is no excuse for writing which is too dense, difficult to read, or not engaging to the reader. If more "academics" would learn how to write like real people instead of researchers, perhaps their messages would be communicated more effectively... and maybe people would LEARN more. Isn't that the point?
There is no excuse for bad writing -- even if you are a genius!
Author: Guest If you need to know APA style, this book covers all the bases and is pretty user-friendly. Although I have seen this book with a spiral binding that might be easier to use, being able to leave one page open to refer to.
Author: Guest I bought it as a reference guide for writing my master's thesis. It has been very helpful. I recommend it to anyone who has to write a paper using APA style format.
Author: Guest For anyone that is new to that APA style, or someone that just needs refreshed, this is an excellent book. It's easy to follow, and a great reference book to keep at your side.
Author: Guest The book was in excellent condition and got here in very good time!
