Author: Guest I didn't like one of the other Stott pilates for cardio since it was all just walking & step.
This I was happily surprised with. It is at a set to look like a living room with the co-founder instructing & 2 women demonstrating, doing also modifications as well.
Many basic exercises, yoga planks, crunches, leg lifts, push-up, rolls, stretches that tone, etc. The pace is slow & relaxed & I wasn't bored which I can get very easily.
The extra bonus is a 5 min preview of the next level of toning. There are also previews of over 20 of their 70 other titles.

Author: Guest What a wonderful routine Moira has put together (once again!) This routine is great for beginners. She explains each exercise clearly, but does not slow down the routine when she does so. Each exercise incorporates the ab muscles as well. Each exercise flows right into one another so there is no wasted down time - the routine goes fast and you can see results (at least I did) within a week or so. The dvd also includes a sample of another dvd so you can view it before you buy it.
