Author: Guest This is a great book - for grandparents it is somewhat nostalgic.
The artwork is great and it is helpful if you want to remember those old songs you used to sing to your kids. It even has recipes for the little ones. I'm sold on it.

Author: Guest I got this book for a new grandmother and she **loved** it. It was the hit of the party. It's full of wonderful illustrations, stories, poems, recipes, and songs. This is one of those books that is a classic great gift. This book is just crammed with great stuff, and would take weeks for a grandma to go through and pick out her favorites. I can't believe the amount of care and love that they editors put in gathering the contents and putting them together. I wish they would put out a "Little Big Book for Young Women Finding Their Way" so I could have one, too! I've given "The Little Big Book" as gifts before, and everyone raves about them. If you are looking for a really special gift, or want to treat yourself to something that you will pass on to your children, this little book is the way to go.
