I bought this DVD to stay fit during my pregnancy. I'm a pretty open-minded person, but I still found that the instructor seemed kind of "out there". I tried it a couple of times on different days, and I never got through the beginning of the video. I never even watched the second DVD on post-natal because the first was so awful. I definitely would recommend you buy something else. Don't waste your time or $$$.

Both workouts are super-helpful and easy to follow, no special equipment needed besides a towel. The post-natal workout is especially helpful to get ideas of how to relate with an infant, and my daughter really seemed to enjoy it then. She's now over a year old and still enjoys it when I help her do some of the "baby yoga" moves. I have to admit that I skipped the singing part and just did deep breaths then, but it still relaxed my mind and body and tightened my muscles--combining this with nursing helped me regain my shape, too.
