Author: Guest I found it excellent to track my medical examinations medicines etc. Before I tend to forget my appointment with Doc. NOw I am very much on time. Other parts I am yet to use :-)

Author: Guest This is a must have to keep track of everything while you're pregnant. I wrote in this organizer every day while I was pregnant & would recommend to anyone who is expecting.
This organizer is not a big book, it's a compact size but not tiny print like some others. It contains places to put the following information:
-Doctor's visits information
-Test information (pregnancy tests, sonograms, AFP, glucose, etc.)
-Important phone numbers
-Family health history
-Calls made to doctor in between visits
-Prescribed medications
-Finances
-Pregnancy journal
-Food diary
-Fetal movement diary
-Checklist for baby gear
-Potential baby doctor notes
-Baby shower
-Childbirth classes
-Labor diary
-And so much more!
A definite must have to keep track of everything possible while you're pregnant.

Author: Guest I'm about to order this for my second pregnancy. During my first pregnancy it was vary handy to carry back and forth to the dr appts. I would write down questions in between appts. and that helped a lot! I also used the journaling pages. Not so much as a diary, but something for my child to look back at to find out how my life was before her. I would write down world news, aches and pain, anything I had time for.
This book came in especially handy when my blood pressure began to rise in the last few months. Sure, the dr had it in is records, but the book was always w/ me just in case I wasn't able to see my dr in an emergency.
I didn't do too much w/ the nursery planning and other pages like that. Too much busy work for me :)

Author: Guest This pregancy organizer is pretty cool. It's basically a journal which is a practical thing to have when you start seeking medical care, but I think it will also be a great memory booster later when you wonder how it all went down and you can't quite remember the details anymore.
There are some cool checklists, like what to get for nursery, what to take to hospital, who to call and announce birth, etc.
Pretty good value, cool little keepsake, functional organizer. I would recommend it regardless of whether you are a fan of the What to Expect books. It stands alone as a great helper for mom to be.

Author: Guest This organizer is really. . . well, organized. So far, it's helped me to remember TONS of details I know I would have otherwise forgotten, like the number to my insurance provider and all the questions I want to ask my doc at the next visit. It's VERY detailed, though, so a lot of the stuff doesn't apply to everyone. And don't even try to keep up with the dietary guidelines or you'll just get frustrated because they are IMPOSSIBLE! Screw that part and follow your hunger :)
