My husband just absolutely loves this cookbook. The pictures are very inviting and the receipes very easy to follow. We are giving several away for Christmas gifts.

This is a well illustrated book with clear directions. There is a very adequate introduction to the technical aspects of grilling in the opening chapters. I have prepared only two of the recipes and they were quite good. The problem, as with most grilling recipes,is that the gathering of ingredients and preparation is time consuming--the grilling is easy. I would welcome a book from Weber chock full of recipes for the lazy cook.

My husband bought this book and a Weber charcoal grill some five months ago. He has cooked probably one quarter of the recipes already and the vast majority of them have turned out absolutely wonderful. He has found the basic guidance on barbecuing that is given in the introduction and throughout the book particularly helpful. This is an excellent book!

I checked this book out at the library. Once I got it home I had to have it. The menu items are unique but not difficult to prepare, the pictures are great and the comments are wonderful and light-hearted. I love this book for making me a better griller.
