We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong and Macau, using courier services. This includes the New Territories and all outlying islands in Hong Kong. However, delivery to remote areas and outlying islands may take a little longer.
Delivery Schedule and Times:
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays/ typhoons/ black rainstorms.
We aim to deliver 99% of our orders on the date shown on the product page. Your order status is updated as follows:
- Queued: We're waiting for payment (cheque or wire transfer)
- Processed: Your order has been received.
- Ordered from Warehouses: Your order has been placed to our warehouses and we're awaiting delivery. An estimated delivery date will be shown on the order status tab of your account.
- Completed: Your order has been sent out via courier. Check your email for tracking information. Delivery will be in the next 24-48 hours.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been handed to the courier*. If you have not received an email, simply login to your account to confirm your order has been completed and to view your tracking #.
